Warm welcome, excellent receptionist, pleasant atmosphere, perfect interior design, friendly and knowledgeable waiter, huge room with lovely design.

The location of the hotel wasn't ideal as there were too many noisy restaurants nearby making it hard to sleep at night. the bathroom was nicely designed, but the shower head holder was broken. the breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety. the outdoor green carpeting in the bedroom felt out of place compared to the stylish decor of the rest of the room.
The spa facilities were overrated and not worth the extra cost.

The spa was exceptional and offered a great range of treatments. The staff was outstanding, making you feel at home from the very beginning. the location was smack dab in the heart of everything, with easy access to all the top attractions. Another advantage was the quality of the food in the restaurant.
The cooling system was not very effective during the peak heat, which made the experience a bit uncomfortable at times. there was a problem with the sound insulation, particularly in the bathrooms, which made it difficult to relax.

I had the most amazing weekend at this luxurious hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was treated like royalty. The check-in process was efficient and the staff were very professional. My room was beautifully appointed and impeccably clean. I loved spending time in the hotel's spa, which was modern and well-maintained. The courtyard was also a great place to relax, with comfortable sunbeds and a peaceful atmosphere. The restaurant offered top-notch cuisine, although a bit on the pricey side. The Gere wines were simply outstanding and a must-try.
I highly recommend this hotel to families.

We had an amazing stay with excellent service, spacious and comfortable rooms, and a clean and modern spa. The central location and proximity to a beautiful city made it a great choice. The restaurant has great food and wine.

The spa facilities were quite relaxing, and the breakfast was good. the location was very convenient, close to many shops and restaurants.
Our Easter stay was not as expected due to the noise level at night. the walls seem thin, and we could hear our neighbors' conversations.
